Budgeting and Forecasting in a Dynamic Business Landscape

The seminar focused on how the tools and methods being used in the real business setting for budgeting and forecasting. It also allowed the participants to apply the tools and methods in a simulated Business Workshop. The seminar aimed to give the participants a high-level forecasting knowledge of where the Finance Profession is treading with the advancement of technologies and business requirements.
